We use Paypal which is a safe and secure way to buy online. You do not have to set up a Paypal account to use this system, you can simply use your debit or credit card to make one-off secure payments. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer that is no problem just give us a bell...
We will confirm your order and aim to despatch within a few days, however at busy times it could take a week or so - please drop us an email if you need the items by a particular date. We can arrange to send most items by Special Delivery/Overnight Express if needed - there maybe an extra charge for this service, please drop us an email or give us call.
Orders over £30 within mainland UK will be shipped free of charge orders less than £30 within mainland UK will be charged at £2.95.
P&P will be charged at the following rates:-
UK Mainland £2.95 (orders up to £30) FREE (orders £30+)
Europe £3.50 (orders up to £50) £4.50 (orders £50-£75) £7.50 (orders £75+)
Rest of the World £4.50 (orders up to £50) £8 (orders £50-£75) £12 (orders £75+)
We will happily return or exchange anything you are not happy with if you return it to us within 7 days of receipt and the goods are returned as perfectly as they were despatched to you. Please package well and return your item using using recorded post as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. We will only refund delivery charges if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please let us know within 24 hrs of receipt.
As all our products are printed in small runs and usually by hand, colours and finish can sometimes vary very slightly from the photographs shown here.
