1. Payment
We use Paypal which is a safe and secure way to buy online. You do not have to set up a Paypal account to use this system, you can simply use your debit or credit card to make one-off secure payments. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer that is no problem just give us a bell...
2. Delivery
We will confirm your order and aim to despatch within a few days, however at busy times it could take a week or so - please drop us an email if you need the items by a particular date.
3. Post & packing rates
Our standard postage charge is £2.75
we send all our items by 1st class recorded post so someone will need to be around to sign for the parcel. Heavier items (over 1.5kg) will be sent using a courier and may take a little longer to arrive - we will advise you at time of order. If your delivery address is overseas (or non-Uk mainland) please contact us for a quote as additional delivery charges will need to be paid before we can despatch.
4. Returns
We will happily return or exchange anything you are not happy with if you return it to us within 7 days of receipt and the goods are returned as perfectly as they were despatched to you. Please package well and return your item using using recorded post as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. We will only refund delivery charges if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please let us know within 24 hrs of receipt.
5. VAT
All items include VAT at the rate of 17.5%, the listed price in your shopping cart shows up as the net amount, the VAT is added as a subtotal within the cart.

As all our products are printed in small runs and usually by hand, colours and finish can sometimes vary very slightly from the photographs shown here.

Terms of business:
1. Our minimum wholesale order is £100 ex VAT and delivery. For printed canvases the minimum order is 10 canvases - this can be a mixture of designs or bespoke.
2. Delivery is paid on all orders over £150 ex VAT, otherwise delivery will be charged at £9 ex VAT (UK mainland only)
3. For deliveries outside the UK (or non-Uk mainland) we will let you know the full delivery cost.
4. New accounts will be sent a proforma invoice and full payment is required in full before we despatch your goods. Subsequent orders will be on account, you will be sent an invoice which is due in strictly 30 days.
5. Approximate leadtimes are marked on the website, however these are occaisionally subject to change. We will confirm at the time of order/or recipt of payment (if on proforma invoice) the date of despatch.
6. All reasonable care is taken in packing your orders; any damage must reported within 48 hours of receipt.
