1. Our minimum wholesale order is £150 ex VAT and delivery. (For printed canvases the minimum order is 10 canvases - this can be a mixture of designs or bespoke).
2. Delivery is paid on all orders over £200 ex VAT, otherwise delivery will be charged at £9 ex VAT (UK mainland only)
3. For deliveries outside the UK (or non-UK mainland) we will let you know the full delivery costs, we are happy for you to arrange collection if you prefer.
4. New accounts will be sent a proforma invoice and full payment is required in full before we despatch your goods. Subsequent orders will be on account, you will be sent an invoice which is due in strictly 30 days.
5. Most items are held in stock and usual leadtimes are approx. 2 weeks, however these are occaisionally subject to change. We will confirm at the time of order/or recipt of payment (if on proforma invoice) the date of despatch and if you need the products in a hurry we will do our best to meet your deadline.
6. All reasonable care is taken in packing your orders; any damage must reported within 48 hours of receipt.
7. As all our products are printed and assembled in small runs and usually by hand,
colours and finish can sometimes vary very slightly.
